SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting into the SMS program by Pura Quality Water Products LLC (PURA), you agree to receive recurring messages about promotions, updates, and alerts. This program adheres to the TCPA and FCC 2024 guidelines.

2. Opt-In Consent

Your explicit, one-to-one consent is required to receive messages. Ways to opt in include:

-Web Form: Checking a labeled box.

-Text-to-Join: Sending "JOIN" to 1 309-886-6318.

-Verbal/In-Person Consent: If allowed and documented.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Consent is not required to make a purchase.

3. Message Frequency

You may receive up to 3 initial messages weekly. Carrier message/data rates may apply.
